TweeFlood.com

TweeFlood is service which allows Twitter users to see just how much their friends post on the social network service Twitter. It provides statistics for number of tweets per year, per month, per week, per day and per hour. TweeFlood can be used to organize friends into lists based on their Twitter Rates.

This project uses a lot of different open source libraries including Smarty, twitter-async, jQuery, Blueprint and TableSorter. The main engine is built upon parts of a PHP framework I started developing almost a year ago.

ChattanoogaSwing.org

I teach swing dancing lessons and, with the help of some volunteers, created the Chattanooga Swing and Lindy organization. The following website was created for that group to handle our event calender, a mailing list, a photo gallery and other information. The backend is powered by WordPress and the mailing list is powered by Google Groups using a subscription widget combined with an iframe for recent posts.

It is designed to look fine in Internet Explorer, but adds some nice touches for people using FireFox, WebKit (iPhone, Safari, etc.) or other advanced browsers including rounded corners and multilayer transparent backgrounds.

ChattanoogaPeaceMarch.org

A promotional website for the group United for Democracy and Justice, this website was created to advertise the 2008 peace march though downtown Chattanooga. The entire site was originally designed in Ruby on Rails.

LauraEWalker.com

Laura E. Walker is a photographer for the Chattanooga Times Free Press. She has an amazing photography exhibit with some interesting subjects and I created this website to help promote her exhibitions. It was originally created in Rails and has since been migrated to WordPress.

ChattanoogaDanceInc.org

Formerly Chattanooga USABDA, Chattanooga Dance Inc is a non-profit group that promotes ballroom dancing in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas. This website was originally managed using Drupal with a custom theme. The data and theme were later ported to WordPress.

Amabile String

Amabile Strings, a Chattanooga string quartet, originally requested this website. It was the first website I designed written in Ruby on Rails. Due to breakdowns in communication over the contract, they decided to not go with this website design. They have never paid me for any of my work.
